About us: The Co-op was born out of a desire to provide teachers and students with the opportunity to practice, play, and learn about various styles of yoga. We’re a cooperative studio committed to serving our local community. We believe that yoga is for every kind of body. With regular practice you can expect to increase your strength, flexibility, and balance, but even more importantly–have fun. Classes come in all shapes and sizes, but our philosophy is the same: a nonjudgemental, open environment. Whether you want a gentle class, a vigorous pace, a meditative & challenging flow, or a space to just catch your breath during the day–we invite you to join us.
